Our customer base ranges from private individuals, builders, farm work and commercial companies. Our new work comes from personal recommendations.

New Enquiries

Written quotations can be supplied along with a contract of work

No payments will be taken up front unless agreed with customer-this will be agreed in the contract

All MCS Photovolitic will be stage payments with the deposit covered by a “Deposit Scheme”

Additional work required will be agreed with customer

Any materials supplied by us will be agreed with the customer

Larger jobs can be agreed with contractor to work with-in there timescale

Surveys

Some jobs will need additional surveying by outside contractors-asbestos etc.

This may be an additional cost to work priced.

The surveyor may need access to different areas of the property, this will be discussed with customer and explained why. Any company or person doing the work will be notified to customer

Responsibilities of customer

While work is commencing make sure children and animals are kept safely away from work area

Never leave valuables laying around.

Any one vulnerable in the property please make the workman aware.

Let workman aware of any fire hazards along with entrance and exit routes to use while work is in progress

Any areas out of bounds please make workman aware

Let workman know where toilet facilities and hot water to wash with are.

If work is in progress and you need a certain utility left on let workman know.
